Spiritual Chords Trust, 60 Fanny Ave, Norwood, Johannesburg, 2192. Website: spiritualchords.org. Email: projects@spiritualchords.co.za.

When you donate, we collect your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number, plus the fund, amount and any dedication you choose. We use these to process your gift, send your receipt and, if you ask, issue a Section 18A certificate.

When you offer to volunteer, we collect the details you type into the form so that we can reply.

Card and instant EFT payments are processed by PayFast. Your card or bank details go directly to PayFast and never pass through or stay on our servers. PayFast’s own privacy policy applies to that information.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store a small preference (for example, a dismissed notice) on your device only.

We keep donation records for as long as South African tax and financial law requires, and volunteer enquiries for as long as they are useful to reply to you.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Email projects@spiritualchords.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
